Abandoned even in my dreams

I got abandoned by med school people in a dream last night! I lost something on the subway by a bizarre incident where I was knocked out of one train into another and then the two trains separated but one of my personal items (a camera?) was still in the first train. Med school people had been split up into the two trains but I could not for the life of me find someone whom I could call and get in touch with to help me out on the first train.
