During a leadership conference for CMA, we were split up into groups of 4 or 5 and the first question we had to ask each other as we introduced each other was this: "Talk about a turning point in your life."
I probably shared the safest, most generic and non-vulnerable answer - about how I decided to go into medicine during junior year of college after shadowing a doctor. That's not usually not my style, because I tend to love sharing those kinds of intimate questions but I just could not think of a really good turning point at the time...
Ironically enough, as I reflect upon that conference, I realize in a way, going to that conference and turning the duties over to next year's leaders was a turning point. Not only was it great to be surrounded by people who love God and are passionate about having Him be known on their respective campuses, it is good to know that God will continue to do His work through the next generation. I also see that all my failures and regrets from this year were great lessons in humility as well.
